Kingston Bridge Offices

The existing concrete framed building is to be remodelled to provide a new arrangement of flexible office space in the heart of the retail district in Kingston, adjacent to the listed bridge. Accommodation is spread over three floors and is able to be arranged to suit various tenant requirements.

Existing cellular offices are removed and extraneous structure stripped back to make the most of the building’s proportions and aspects. Internally, lobbies and staircases are enhanced with elegant joinery which provide a consistent identity. Adjoining flat roof space is converted to provide new external terraces for office staff. The riverside suite features a new modular timber framed rooflight which references the profile of the old warehouses that once resided along the riverbank.

All services will be replaced and fabric upgraded, including new windows, to provide an elegant and efficient CAT A shell.
