Riverside Edge
Reed Watts Architects have completed the design work for the refurbishment of the Riverside Edge pocket kitchens, located next to the Grade 2 listed Kingston Bridge. The new design seeks to transform the existing space in an economical and efficient manner, creating a flexible venue with a strong identity. At the heart of the space is the double height space which connects to Clarence street at mezzanine level. By replacing the existing stair with a new spiral stair the space has been unlocked, improving circulation, increasing dining capacity and providing a natural stage for evening entertainment.
New colours and signage will enhance the Edge’s identity – a lively and bright venue which complements the other restaurants along the riverside.
