Pocket Living

We are excited to be working with Pocket Living on a new affordable housing scheme in Barking. Pocket Living sells well designed and affordable, compact 1 bedroom homes to local first time buyers at at least 20% below market value. They are working with over half of London boroughs but this is their first project in Barking and Dagenham. Around a quarter of Pocket Living’s home are delivered through modular construction to speed up delivery, improve quality and reduce disruption to local residents and we are exploring how this technique could be used on this scheme.
